Few words about my treatment

I have been helping my customers with muscle and joint problems and pains since 2006. I have studied massage and acupuncture at various schools and courses in Finland.

For muscle pain and soreness I use massage techiques that does not hurt, but is very effective and relaxing.
With variety of joint problems (neck, lower back pain, knees etc.) I use Muscle Energy Technique (MET) which is a manual therapy that uses the gentle muscle contractions of the patient to relax and lengthen muscles and normalize joint motion.
I use acupuncture for various pains, for example Sciatica, stress relief etc.).
